"Lemon, honey, and ginger are all associated with love and other pleasant things in life."

2       tablespoons soybean oil -- or use vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1       teaspoon minced ginger -- or use 1/2 tsp ground
1       pound fresh snow peas -- or frozen but not thawed
2       tablespoons honey
1/2     teaspoon lemon rind -- grated

Heat the oil, butter, and ginger root in a wok over high flame.  Add the snow peas; stir-fry until tender but still crisp, 4-5 minutes.  Remove from the wok.  Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the lemon peel.
