Mulled Cider with Spices
4-5 cups apple cider
3-4 cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
1 allspice
1 lemon with peel sliced thin
1 orange with peel sliced thin
1 apple sliced into 1/4 by 1 by 1 inch pieces
In a large saucepan, heat cider and spices, but do not boil. Serve in a large cauldron.
