2 T. Anise Seed
1 T. Of Dill Weed
1/4 c. Chamomile
1/8 c. Lavender
1 T. lemon zest or 1/4 cup lemon balm
Again, make sure the lavender is intended for consumption, and not intended for crafts! steep in boiling water for 6 minutes, strain and serve with honey. The taste on this is rather unusual, if you find you don't like the taste you might try just breathing deeply of the steam from the tea. It also makes a good facial wash !
