Combine 1 teaspoon Licorice root powder and 10 drops of wintergreen

essential oil in a pestle and mortar. Blend very well, then add it to the

ingredients below:

1 cup green tea variety (usually gunpowder or dragon well)

1 Tablespoon each of Ginko leaves, Alfalfa leaves and Nettle leaves

1/4 cup Peppermint leaves

1/4 cup Spearmint leaves

Blend everything well and use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon brewed for a large mug.
