Bunny Cake

Ingredients

cake mix-bake accroding to package directions in two 9 inch round pans

white frosting

1/4 cup frosting tinted pink

1/2 cup frosting tinted in your choice of a spring color

coconut

Licorice

"Spring" colored M&M's

jelly beans-one pink or black and two green or blue

You will be using your two cakes seperately-one as the head and the other to make ears and a bow tie. Cut the two ears out of either side of the circular cake (see below) and then the center becomes a bow tie.

Assemble the pieces with ears on the top of the remaining circle and the tie at the bottom of the head, frost cake using white frosting for the head and ears, and pink frosting for the center of the ears and the other color for the bow tie. Sprinkle the head and outer edges of the ears with cocnut and decorate the face by using licorice for whiskers and mouth, the jelly beans for eyes and nose and put M&Ms on the tie to make it polka dotted.
